I’m Andy Andrade, a Chicago real estate professional and the founder of Shore Properties Group, a boutique property management firm serving residential and commercial property owners throughout the city.

My experience began in my early twenties, when I served as the general contractor for the complete renovation of my family’s home in Chicago’s Bucktown neighborhood. Since then, I have worked across multiple sides of the industry—as a property manager, landlord, general contractor, real estate investor, developer, and licensed REALTOR® with Kale Realty.

That hands-on experience allows me to understand real estate from an owner’s perspective. Whether managing an investment property, coordinating a renovation, preparing a property for market, or helping a client buy or sell, my approach is grounded in disciplined execution, clear communication, and protecting the long-term value of the asset.

Through Shore Properties Group, I provide proactive, hands-on property management supported by trusted vendors, experienced tradespeople, and practical construction expertise. The goal is not simply to respond when something goes wrong—it is to anticipate issues, control operating costs, maintain strong tenant relationships, and give owners confidence that their properties are being managed with care.

I believe successful management should reduce an owner’s workload without reducing their visibility. Clients receive professional oversight, direct communication, and an experienced advocate focused on the performance of their investment.
